CNC Turning for rotationally symmetric<\/span> parts<\/span><\/h2>\n

CNC turning is a precise and efficient method for manufacturing parts where the shape is based on rotation. The material rotates while a computer-controlled tool machines it to exactly the right shape and dimension \u2013 making the method particularly suitable for components with high demands on precision, consistent surface finish and repeatable quality.<\/p>\n

We manufacture parts including shafts and precision bars, bushings and spacers, couplings and fasteners, threaded components and custom industrial parts.<\/p>\n

Our machinery includes several modern CNC lathes with robotic handling and integrated measuring systems. We handle bar diameters from \u00d83 up to 80 mm and chucking work up to 250 mm. The automated production gives us the conditions to maintain high and consistent quality with short lead times, whether it involves a handful of parts or an ongoing high-volume series.<\/p>\n

CNC Milling for complex and advanced components<\/span><\/h2>\n

CNC milling is used for parts with complex shapes, flat surfaces and geometries that require machining from multiple directions. With 19 multi-operation machines and 5-axis capacity, we can machine advanced geometries in a single setup, avoiding the risk of deviations that arise when a workpiece needs to be moved and re-aligned between operations.<\/p>\n

We mill parts with a machining area of up to 7,000 mm in the X-axis, including machine components, housings, fittings, aluminium profiles and custom parts to drawing. Robotic handling ensures stable quality even in longer runs.<\/p>\n
